Send Customers a "We're Here For You" Email Prior to Holidays
Remind your customers prior to holidays that you'll be there for them if they have an emergency situation arise.

We send emails like this out every holiday, as well as whenever there is bad weather in the forecast.
We want you to know that Team Millennium is available throughout the weekend to assist you with any situation that may arise at your property. We are available to you 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Our office is staffed and our equipment is ready. If you need us, we are a phone call away. Here are the phone numbers of several of our key personnel: (Listed are the names of at least three employees along with their cell phone numbers)

This reminds our customers we'll be on the job while they're on vacation, or if an emergency crops up because of the bad weather. It really works great; we get a call most every time.
