Potential Opportunity to Sell Your Power Sweeping / Exterior Maintenance Company
Soundcore Capital Partners, LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, is actively purchasing sweeping companies.
WorldSweeper has agreed to assist Soundcore Capital Partners in locating U.S.-based power sweeping contractors who might be interested in selling their businesses. Although any sweeping-related business will be considered, the program provides preference to companies that meet the following criteria:
- Annual sales of at least $1 million
- 10% EBITDA margin (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization)
Sweeping companies that specialize in any area of the industry, i.e., parking area sweeping, street sweeping, construction sweeping, etc., are encouraged to apply. Full consideration will be given to firms that provide a wide range of related services in addition to sweeping, such as paving, sealcoating, sewer jetting, snowplowing and other exterior maintenance, even if those non-sweeping activities comprise more than 50% of total revenue.
