Lubricate Hopper Walls for Slick Dumping

Skip Kintz of Overland Power Sweeping shared this idea.

To me it's always seemed to be a continual problem getting all of the trash to dump easily from the hopper. I recently hit upon a solution, however, that works very 'slick.'

What I do is to spray a kitchen lubricant such as Pam onto the sidewalls of the hopper. Dumping is now a snap, because it all just slides out and I'm ready to go again. It also helps keep things from sticking to the screen.

By the way, I tried several other sprays, including silicone. The kitchen pan lubricants not only cost less, but seem to last the longest time.
