June 2017 Victory Sweepers Applies for Chapter 11 ProtectionVictory Sweepers, Inc. has applied for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. According to Victory's president, the company's management team felt that a Chapter 11 filing was "an opportunity to reorganize so as to better facilitate a pending sale, allowing Victory the best opportunity for debt repayment and market timing going forward."The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama has scheduled a hearing on the sale of assets belonging to Shadrach, Meshach & Abednego, Inc. f/k/a Victory Sweepers, Inc., for Tuesday July 25, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Federal Courthouse in Huntsville, Alabama. Although one offer has been made, additional offers are being solicited.
